Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through USPS for domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation for IN STOCK items. Hemp Jewelry that is made to order will tipically take 5-7 days to ship.  Any made to order crochet clothing items can take up to 30 days to ship depending on the item ordered.   During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package. We offer FREE shipping on all orders under 1 pound and a flat rate of $7.00 for orders up to 2lbs and a Flat Rate of $10.00 for orders 3 pounds or more.  Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.  Please note once your order is shipped, the time it takes the USPS to deliver your package it out of my hands.  Please reach out with any concerns for your package and I will do my best to help to locate it if needed.

  5. International Shipping: Please note that H&H only ships within the US and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Lost or Delayed Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and H&H will do everthing possible to help locate your package.  Please have a safe place for the USPS to leave your package.  Once a package has been verified delivered, H&H will not be held liable to replace a stolen package.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: H&H wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.  Exchanges are not excepted.  Once your item is refunded you are welcome to repurchase the item of your choice.  Please reach out with any questions or help you may need.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

  3. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags (if applicable) still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received safely.

  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.  Once your item is refunded you are welcome to repurchase the item of your choice.  Please reach out with any questions or help you may need

  6. Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized jewelry, may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
